By downloading, installing, or using ReceiptGold ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Agreement to Terms:

• •These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and GregDavisTech, LLC
• •If you don't agree to these Terms, you may not use our service
• •Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of any updates to these Terms
• •You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use ReceiptGold
• •Business users must have authority to bind their organization to these Terms

Updates to Terms:

• •We may modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice
• •Material changes will be communicated through the App and email
• •Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• •Previous versions are available upon request
• •We will provide 30 days notice for material changes affecting paid users

Applicable Law:

• •These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict of law principles
• •Any disputes will be resolved in Georgia state or federal courts
• •If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect
• •These Terms supersede any previous agreements or communications
• •Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of Georgia courts
